Living for a Cause Greater Than Yourself
This year, even though only 2 and half months old, has already proven to be one of the most challenging season we’ve experienced since being called into ministry and then start our business. I’ve mentioned in the past the loss of contracts, contrary weather, break downs and equipment failures that have seemed to follow us this year. At times it has been nearly overwhelming. But I know ‘I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.’ – Philippians 4:13

Striving for Time
There are times when life seems absolutely overwhelming. The kids are being noisy, work is obnoxious, your spouse seems unreasonable and you just want to be left alone to your own thoughts. It’s when life get’s like this that I have to press in with our Lord even deeper. I must put my shoulder down and push forward pushing aside all hindrances. Remember, our enemy would like nothing more than for us to quit.
Going Against Public Opinion
We live in a society filled with political correctness. It seems, at times, our leaders would rather please the few than go on record to do the right thing. What’s worse is when men and women who profess faith in Jesus are willing to go against what they know is true based on the word of God.
Loose Your Donkey
Twice in three days the Lord has brought the importance of our work and it’s impact on the Kingdom to our attention. That means He really wants us to look around and understand our position in the world and how we can use that setting to influence others for the cause of Christ.

Below are two such stories that exemplify both sides of obedience. The willing servant and the reluctant servant.
