For a racing junkie like myself, it does not get any better than to be invited into the pit area (on the other side of the ropes) to interview top fuel, funny car, pro stock car and motorcycle drivers along with some of the best sportsman racers in the business. “Danger Will Robinson, danger!” exclaimed the robot. That phrase is from the 1960’s TV show ‘Lost in Space’. It was about a family sent on a space mission that went awry for a multitude of reasons. It was loosely based on the book The Swiss Family Robinson, a novel by Johann David Wyss. Will Robinson, the youngest of the family, was always up for adventure and at times was as inquisitive and reckless as anyone at his age.
