My God Shall Provide
Phil 4:19 ‘And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.’ This has been our way of life for the last 11 years. We rely full on His mercy and grace to provide every need for our family and business. The ability to trust Him completely has been a journey though, it did not happen over night.
Divine Appointments
Not everything that happens in life that doesn’t turn out as expected should be seen as a set back or a negative. Often the Lord uses the circumstances of life for more than we can ever begin to understand.
Faithfulness in Our Calling
No matter what happens in life, as long as we are willing to stay faithful to the Lord’s calling on our lives, He will be with us and prosper that which He has called us to do.
Perception Is Not Reality
The enemy of our soul is good at making us think that all is lost and nothing can fix or repair our situation. It can be something as serious as a relationship or as simple as a piece of a broken equipment. Either way, Satan will do his level best to convince you there is no hope. This is an absolute lie.
Performing Miracles With Your Staff
God uses ordinary people to do the extraordinary. The first thing we have to do is surrender to His will. When I retired from the military I had 2 options, fulltime ministry or go back to work in a civilian position with the military. In my eyes, working for the government would have given my family an immediate financial boost and secured our future in the long term.
Working Versus Striving
This devotional is a great reminder for all of us, especially for those who own their own business or are in a place of leadership. The only way to know the Lord’s will for your life is to know the Lord. If you seek after Him in all you do, there is no way for you to possibly miss what He wants you to do for Him.
Third Day – I Need A Miracle
Life is never hopeless when you rely on the Lord!
